This is the Weekend Q&A game and this is how you play:
The person before you has asked asked you a question. You’ll answer their question in the comments as well as ask the next person a question. The next person answers their question, and asks another, etc….. You are encouraged to participate often!
I’ll start:
Do you prefer regular pencils that need to be sharpened, or do you like the mechanical kine?

Pencils? Pencils? I prefer pens, even for crosswords. But if I am using a pencil, I would much rather use the old-fashioned wooden ones. That way you know how much is left.
Question: What, if anything, do you use a pencil for?
scores for our card game. Something easily erased.
Do you Skype?
I Skype with our youngest a couple of times a week (when we remember).
Do you and your family members have and use library cards? (We do, even with our electronic reading devices.)
Yes. My son got his own for the first time his summer. I almost cried watching him sign it.
What TV show do you recommend to others as a must-see?
Homeland! (though I recommend finding a way to watch Season 1 first!)
Have you ever been to high tea?
The only time I was ever served high tea was on Virgin Airlines. The food was good, but an airplane lacks the ambience of a stately dining room.
I’m out of the string here, no question. I would love to read someone else’s answer to your question.
I have been to tea at a tea shop, but never high tea.
I prefer a latte. What is your coffee shop order?
“Tall Pike, please.”
Last night we watched on DVD, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, where a young Indian entrepreneur wants to “outsource old age.” Essentially, none of the British retirees had enough money to live comfortably in England, so they decided to retire to India.
Would you ever consider retiring to another country if you could not afford to “live comfortably” in the U.S.?
I would move to Australia. I would also consider London, though if I couldn’t afford to live HERE, that might be cutting off my nose to spite my face.
How often do you need to buy postage stamps?
Never. I pay all my bills online and if I really need a stamp I just use one from work, although I do have to buy rolls of stamps for work every few weeks I suppose.
What time is bedtime at your house?
