Do you look for typos in printed materials like newspapers, magazines and books?
I don’t look for them, but they jump out at me, and drive me nuts. I’ve been known to correct them in library books. (shame on me!)

It looks fine, but we’re worrying about Hurricane Sandy. I don’t think I can take another Irene.
Question: Have you ever had plastic surgery? If no, would you want to?
no. And no. Unless there were some terribly disfiguring accident.
I saw a long report on voter suppression attempts in Florida today. Do you have ANY hope for an honest election this time around?
The voter suppression attempts are disheartening, but I’m not so cynical to believe it’s totally a dishonest election overall. Maybe it’s just denial.
I’m giving out Snickers and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for Halloween. What do you hand out?
You hand out good stuff! ;-9 Don’t know what we’re giving yet as we haven’t heard when our local beggar’s night is. Guess we ought to be asking.
Our weather turned cool and rainy overnight so I have a pot of vegetable-beef soup in the slow cooker. What is your favorite cool/rainy day main entree? (Besides reservations!)

I just ordered pizza for dinner, I like thin crust. What pizza crust do you prefer?
Thick. I’ve always been a crust person and perhaps like it more than what’s on it.
My mother is having a plague of mice in her house; we’re having a plague of flies and many years ago had a plague of ants. Have you ever suffered a plague?
Frogs after the flood broke our basement window a few years ago and washed everything inside.
Do you answer any of the political polling calls?
In our area, I’ll usually skew yheir results. So yes, I do answer those. Robocalls I answer, then put the phone down on the counter and go about my business, until it starts beeping.
