  1. l'empress says:

Well-seeded bagel, coffee. Fruit or peanut butter if I think my sugar is too low.

Question: Honestly, now, what one thing would make your whole life better than it is now?

  2. maryz says:

The only thing I can think of would be to move into an apartment, where we no longer had any home maintenance to be responsible for.

    What’s your usual lunch?

  3. Jennifer's says:

Whatever the work cafeteria has to offer on the grill that day.

What do you do to help cure a cold?

  4. Lindy says:

Cut out all dairy, drink water with fresh lemon juice, push fluids like hot tea or broth, and rest, rest, rest. I wear a surgical mask if I’m sneezing or coughing a lot. Wash hands frequently and don’t rub my eyes with my bare hands (use a tissue).

Do you stock up on pantry items if there is a good sale, or do you purchase those same items only as you need them?

  5. Bev says:

I got into stocking up when we had 5 kids living at home and I’ve never gotten out of it. I buy in bulk, which is ridiculous for only two of us!

Since we’re working through the food day, do you have a “usual dinner” or does it vary greatly?

  6. Jennifer's says:

My husband does the cooking (which is amazing), and he hates having things more than twice in a month, and that only happens when we ask or even beg. So no, nothing is “usual”.

I am the “photographer” of the family. What are you known as?

  7. Indigo says:

The one who loads the dishwasher.

    What are you reading?

  8. Lindy says:

Just finished “To Heaven and Back” by Mary C. Neal, MD, and now starting “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks” by Rebecca Skloot.

When you purchase books, do you tend to buy in the store or online?

  9. maryz says:

The only books I buy are e-books, otherwise library or other loan.

How’s the rain situation where you are (we’re 18″ OVER average for the year so far).

  10. Jennifer's says:

We are a little over, but mostly on track. Our problem is it all came at once at the wrong time.

I am going on vacation next week. What are you looking forward to soon?
