I heard about a woman who has a PhD. in Outdoor Recreation and another who has a PhD in 19th century Funerary Practices.
That sounds like the coolest stuff ever.

I wish it were only annually. I have a standing every 3-month appointment with my rheumatologist, annual with my OBGYN and see my internist whenever I’m sick.

I prefer to drink coffee after dinner.
How many hours of sleep at night is enough to make you last the whole day

It depends on if I’ve been weaning myself off sleep or not. If so, 3-4 hours. If not, 5-6 hours.
Do you (or have you ever) played a musical instrument? If so, what is it? If not, what do you wish you could play?
Yes. Learned and played piano from little on. Then learned trumpet, baritone and trombone.
I wish I could play guitar, but my fingers are mostly uncooperative with that dream.
