It’s probably a toss=up, but obviously I lean toward dogs. SOME dogs, that is!

I have two dogs and three cats and they are all as different in personality and intellect as a group of five people. One dog is brilliant, the other is dumb as a box of rocks. One cat is a freaking genius, one is average, the other doesn’t care enough to indicate either way.

hard to say. They both can be intelligent. Kitties though..they make you their slave and you don’t even know it….so they smart in a sneaky sense. Dogs I’m not sure, since I haven’t owned one.

I think in generally cats, but some dogs are extremely intelligent.
