Word Association

So, we’re off to the bistro – thanks for your votes … except for Bev’s, you want me to go out and search for a Thai Bistro???  In Twickenham?  At this short notice?  With room for 5?  On a Saturday night? Sheesh! Only kidding ;o)

But, I digress, (so unlike me) straight back to the word association …

So, when someone says bistro I think …

French
food
atmosphere

So, tell us, what 3 words do you think of when I say “bistro“?

Lol, I’m sure I’m way off base as my knowledge of bistro’s is limited to TV viewing and novels..but I can’t help thinking:

    Pretentious
    Expensive
    Intimate

But when you say “Bistro” I really do think “Thai” because that’s the name of the restaurant here. I also think
