Posted my answer.
i’d rather go by train, that way i don’t have to do any actual driving.
I have been across this country by train TWICE and believe me, I would rather go by RV, thank you very much.
I’ll drive, no problem.
I love to drive.

RV… It’s something I’ve always wanted to do!
By RV sounds good. Especially if there’s plenty of time to stop and enjoy where you are a bit along the way. I’ve gone from the Northeast USA down to Florida and as far west as Texas/Oklahoma/Kansas… some day I’d like to see the states I missed on my westward trek. Especially the California/Oregon coastline. Ahh, someday.
Definitely by train. Travel in an RV has NO appeal to me whatsoever.

Do I have to pay for gas?
ugh. I’d rather fly. But if I HAD to choose, I guess I’d do the RV because at least I could stop from time to time. If I did the train, I’d rather take sleeping pills and be OUT for the trip. I HATE ROAD TRIPS!!!
RV if with someone, train if alone.
