Let’s say that you find yourself in your pj’s, fresh out of bed. You desperately need a cup of coffee but realize that you are out of coffee filters. What would you do?

Thankfully, our pot has a gold filter, so we don’t need paper. Just for the sake of argument, though, if I were that desperate, I’d go to the store…it’s just across the highway
Make hot chocolate.
Ask my fiance to drive to Dunkin Donuts and bring me back a coffee (and a doughnut too, since he’s out anyway).
Go back to sleep.
Get in my car and go to Caribou Coffee (drive through, of course, since I am still in my PJs!)
Use a paper towel of course- I was very resourceful in college
i drink tea!
Wake up the hub.
Make Turkish Coffee
I have never run out of filters. Thankfully. I probably would go out through the drive thru at McDonalds or Tim Horton’s.
The way I make coffee is by putting a teaspoon of coffee in a mug, add hot water milk and sugar. No paper filters required
Thankfully I don’t drink coffee so I’d say “whatever”. Gord, on the other hand, would freak!
I would make tea. Simon would shrivel up and die and have to get dressed. *wiggles eyebrows evilly* Then I would laugh!
i use a plunger or stovetop pot so i don’t have to worry about filters but if i did then i would do one of the following depending on how much time and energy i had.
-use it as a good excuse to go get an amazing iced coffee from a local cafe
-make a tea
-go to work 10 minutes early and have a cup of plunger coffee there
I’ve never done it, but I’d be tempted to use the used coffee filter that is still in the pot.
