Your chore

Is there one chore that you don’t mind doing? Or that only you do because no one else can do it to your standards?

    Grrrrrrr

Don’t get me started on “chores”.
There are so many chores to do around here and I feel like I do about 85% of them all the time.
And I feel like I am doing something every hour of every day.
Hubby will help if I ask him but except for cooking, he will not volunteer.
He has his own “chores” (mowing the grass, picking up oine cones and cleaning the guns.

There were a few I used to not mind but they all just seem overwhelming now.

Actually I don’t mind doing chores. So far this morning I have cleaned up kitty vomit, changed the litter, fed the cat, taken out the garbage, washed the dishes, cleaned the shower and tub,(i was standing in the toilet doing it) made the bed, dusted the furniture, checked my email, checked the internet, played with the cat, cleaned the toilets. I am preparing my wife something for lunch. She is working upstairs.

Yesterday I was really very busy.

I love mowing the lawn. If it paid better, I’d be a landscaper, spending my summers on a giant zero-turn mower with the levers. Just thinking about it makes me smile.

Though I constantly complain about having to decide what to fix for dinner, cooking would be the one chore I don’t mind doing. My husband is pretty good at helping out with all of the housework–he does it better than I do.

  5. I don’t like for anyone to do my chores. But I am willing to let them. :)
