I am more confused about how vampires have been made romantic figures in book and movies. zombies are pretty strange too.
I don’t get Harry Potter either.
Superman and the Lone Ranger I understand.
I don’t know anybody who even mentions zombies. Just one of those things for scaring people for entertainment.
Vampires and zombies are not logical to me. On the other hand, have you noticed all those people staring into space…with phones stuck to their ears?
perhaps those are the zombies referred to in the question.
No idea. I’m more into vampires and ghosts lol.
I think it has more to do with the fear of living in a lawless society and feeling helpless, than fear of the dead.
You could try to live with vampires, warewolves and ghosts – incorporate them into society somehow. You couldn’t live with mindless zombies.
